Majlis facility in Kabul is built on solid structure and protected with many layers of stones walls, T walls and Hesco blast protectors to ensue 100% protection and safety is provided for our residents and employees. The first preference for the concept of Majlis facility Business Quarter was to build a solid concrete and stone compound. No permanent structure is prefabricated, or made of containerized units. Majlis facility Business Quarter has been designed from the ground up to incorporate numerous ATFP measures, inclusive of physical and personnel security. These measures are embodied not only in design and construction, but through execution of continuously refined through our Multi- Tired Security processes and procedures. Our current Security Plan (SSP) focuses on the following key areas:

- 24 Hours QRF and tower watch with TCN personnel living onsite
- Secured Entry Control Points, Over-Watch Positions and Static Observation Posts
- Vehicle Search, Personnel Search EDD Canine Patrol
- Compound Access Control Body & Baggage Scanning / Searches Roving Interior Patrols
- 360D Video Surveillance CCTV maned with 24 hours shift, data stored for 30 days.
- Weekly smoke alarm checks
- Security alert drills and alarms check
- Backup power supplies 3x 2000KV generators operate in three shifts
- 40 days chilled and frozen food storage onsite
- Scanners at two gates for both local and expat visitors
- Complete K9 services provided by experienced security personnel.
- For first gate to main building there are five layers of entry gates.
- Each building is protected with armoured gate, and equipped with saferooms.
- Each room is equipped with fire alarm in each building and smoke alarms in each room.
- Firefighting equipment including water hose and supply at each building.
- Hardline communication system at each seven towers maned 24/7
- Prime Power Source: 1 x 2100KVA FG Wilson diesel generator with 2 x 1700 KVA SDMO diesel generators used as backup.
Our dedicated 24-hour inhouse international security firm is comprised of professionally trained foreign nationals who live with us on site and are licensed locally and internationally to provide security services at Majlis facility. Our interior security team demonstrates pride in their work by undergoing daily inspection, undertaking continued professional development and physical training as a matter of principal and duty.
